Return Policy

We take your shopping experience very seriously and work hard to ensure you are satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied in any way with your filtered water bottle purchase, we will do our best to resolve it and offer returns. Please read the return policy below carefully:

Return validity period

The return period is 7 natural days from the date you receive the product.
Please make sure to submit your return request within the return validity period. Returns will not be accepted after the expiry date.

Return conditions

  • The return validity period has not expired.
  • The filter jug must be in undamaged condition.
  • Returned goods must be complete with original accessories, labels, instructions, etc., and must be consistent with those at the time of purchase.

Return process

1. Within the return validity period, send an email to customer service Dashan Jennings at [email protected] and provide the order number and reason for the return. We will process it for you within 1-2 business days. Please wait patiently for our reply.

2. After successfully applying for return, please use the original packaging to properly package the returned product and send it back together with the completed return label (the return label is in the original packaging).

3. After shipment, email the order number and courier information to [email protected].

4. When we sign for receipt, the refund process will begin. The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days. Refunds do not include the $6 shipping fee on the customer’s first payment. To check the status of your refund, please check your payment account.

Return shipping

If you choose to return the product due to quality or transportation issues, we will bear the return shipping costs.

If you decide to return an item for personal reasons, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange conditions

  • The return validity period has not expired.
  • Exchange of the same product

4. After we sign for receipt, a new filtered water bottle will be sent within 1-2 business days. Delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Exchange freight

If you choose to exchange the product due to quality or transportation problems, we will bear the return shipping fee for the original product and the shipping fee for the new product.

If the product is exchanged due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return freight of the original product and the delivery freight of the new product.

Relisting fee

You don’t have to pay to republish your product.

Refund policy

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 1-2 business days and may take some time to be reflected on your account.

The refund amount does not include the $6 shipping fee when the customer first paid.
